By registering for this course, presented by Rural Fire Tactics, LLC, you agree and understand that any and all risk of injury from participation is understood, as Firefighting and Firefighting training is a known dangerous occupation and task. You agree that your department has allowed you to use your IN DATE PPE to attend this course, and Rural Fire Tactics, LLC will not be held liable for damages to PPE. You attest that you are in good physical condition, with no known underlying conditions that could cause you serious bodily harm or death from participation in Firefighting activities. You understand that, at any point during the course, you can be dropped by the instructor team if your safety is in question due to health concerns, and that if you remove yourself from the course (self drop), or are dropped for safety concerns at any point, the course fee will not be refunded to you.
